Freehill Capital Partners is pleased to announce its acquisition of the Interbeltway Portfolio, a four-building multi-tenant industrial portfolio located in Houston, TX. The transaction encompasses 204,518sf of irreplaceable tilt-wall product and represents Freehill’s continued expansion of its shallow bay industrial strategy throughout Texas.
Collectively 100% leased, the portfolio features an average tenant size and office percentage under 10,000sf and 15% respectively – ideally suited to accommodate the underserved small tenant industrial market.
