Mr. Paton is a co-founder of the Freehill Family of Companies and serves as its Chief Executive Officer where he is responsible for day-to-day management of all facets of the organization.

Prior to Freehill, Mr. Paton served as Partner at Transwestern Development Company where he was responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, managing existing assets and facilitating dispositions across a variety of commercial product types. During his 10-year tenure at Transwestern, he developed 6.1 million square feet in ground-up projects totaling $1.1 billion in cost. Mr. Paton holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.

Mr. Horan is a co-founder of the Freehill Family of Companies and serves as its Chairman where he is responsible for overall corporate strategy.

Mr. Horan has been a commercial real estate attorney, investor and developer since 1974. In 2012, he founded and managed Mesa Real Estate Partners, a private real estate fund with $100 million of initial capital, which assembled and ultimately sold a portfolio of 82 single tenant industrial properties located in eight states. Mr. Horan holds a BA from Southern Methodist University and a JD from the University of Houston Law Center.

Mr. Field serves as Chief Investment Officer where he is responsible for capital market activities as well as portfolio strategy.

Mr. Field is also President of Pine Ridge Real Estate, a privately held real estate investment company. Prior to Pine Ridge, Alex spent five years at Triten Real Estate Partners where he was responsible for investing and developing real estate across all product types. Before Triten, Alex spent five years at Goldman Sachs as a proprietary macro trader and risk manager. Alex has an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University (with honors) and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Pierce serves as financial analyst and is responsible for financial underwriting for existing and potential pursuits, reporting to capital partners and lenders, management of current development projects and assisting in all capitalization, leasing and sale transactions.

Pierce DeMarco graduated from The University of Mississippi with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. Previously, he worked at Centennial Mortgage, serving as a project manager and supporting the execution of FHA insured loans with an emphasis on underwriting and valuation. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Valuation Associate at CBRE and a Commercial Business Development Representative for Providence Title.

Christa serves as Senior Property Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Freehill Management Company. With a proven track record of success overseeing Class A shallow bay industrial properties, Christa has consistently optimized operations, enhanced tenant satisfaction, and maximized asset performance.

Christa previously served as Property Manager for Link Logistics, managing a 3.5 million square foot industrial portfolio throughout Central Texas. Prior to Link, she managed diverse portfolios throughout southern Louisiana, southern California and Nevada.
