WHY FREEHILL
Multidisciplinary Skillset. Concentrated Product Focus.
Our multidisciplinary skillset offers us unique insights into asset valuation and strategy. As a development company, we are experts at understanding both ends of the industrial replacement cost spectrum, even first-generation assets below 10,000sf in average tenant size. As a management company with over 1.0MMSF of shallow bay space under management, we are intimately familiar with the needs of our tenants and the operational intricacies of smaller tenant space. Finally, as an acquisition company, we are able to take these insights and generate outsized returns for our investors through dislocations we find between cost and value.
Elevate Every Interaction
Every relationship is a chance to learn and grow. We treat everyone with dignity, integrity and respect.
01
Servant Mentality
We take care of people and we take care of business. We support small businesses with the same conviction, network and resources afforded to large businesses.
02
Dependability
Business growth can be full of risk and emotion. We work to create trust by always striving to do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
03
Thriving Communities
The work we do matters beyond the monthly rent. Our tenant’s success impacts their community and families for generations to come.
