WHY FREEHILL
Nationally Experienced. Regionally Focused.
At Freehill, we recognize tremendous opportunity by aligning ourselves with local and regional businesses. By addressing the growing demand for shallow bay industrial space across Texas, we champion these growing businesses and demonstrate their significance within our communities.
We take pride in the development, management, and ownership of institutional grade industrial real estate for local and regional businesses. Companies that are often overlooked are the ones we believe have the most potential. We grow as our companies grow and it is Freehill’s goal to become the leading and most trusted small business real estate partner nationwide.
Elevate Every Interaction
Every relationship is a chance to learn and grow. We treat everyone with dignity, integrity and respect.
01
Servant Mentality
We take care of people and we take care of business. We support small businesses with the same conviction, network and resources afforded to large businesses.
02
Dependability
Business growth can be full of risk and emotion. We work to create trust by always striving to do what we say we will do, when we say we will do it.
03
Thriving Communities
The work we do matters beyond the monthly rent. Our tenant’s success impacts their community and families for generations to come.
